feeling completely smashed lately. physically it feels like my back was hit by a truck.if only it were so simple.
i attribute it to pms, a lethargy induced by late nights and ennui. it'll pass. i try to yoga it away and it helps me sleep it off.
i think inertia is good to a certain extent but detrimental to my physique. i need to keep my body active or it will naturally become weak. meeting with friends today although i feel a little withdrawn. it's ok. embrace the moments and try to make good of them.
i've also learned this week how to handle the occasionally painful memories which are triggered inadvertently. i can't just deny them, but i need to say, yes. it's a sad moment, but no it will pass. and just say to it, you are merely a memory, and the emotions you attach to them are constructed. it is a perceived sense of sadness. instead you can say, the memory is what it is. detaching the emotions is the best way to deal with it. we can call it what we want. for now, i shall just breathe and say, it is a mere memory.no feelings. no sadness attached to them. life is what it is that we don't need to impose or give it more than it warrants.
be.that's the best way to handle these moments.
namaste.
