go fabulous.

i'm just glad i'm no longer that godawful hideous self last year.sometimes in a r/s you just lose focus, and worse, self-respect and let yourself go.i'm just happy to be fitter now and i've never loved who i am more.

so yup it's def a step in the right direction. i will go fabulous.

anyway this is really for a 30min presentation i've been asked by the staff welfare comm to do during the staff meeting for health week next wed.i've had so many questions soliciting tips on losing fat, even susan leong saying i'm 'too thin' haha, so i guess i should just clear this up once and for all, short of dispensing how much easier to lose weight after breaking up w someone, i'll just tell them about eating fibres, cutting carbs and walking at least 30min a day.simple cheap effective haha.tho i'm sure these transformer pics wouldn't surprise them as much as the tats

 few of my form students have turned vegan too.haha talk about  accidental vege nazi.  chelsea's mom even mentioned at parents' meeting that she now has to wreck her brains for dinn preps =p
