1. My home to my sister, Yvonne. Please handle the sale and keep the profits. Donate it if you will to a deserving cause.
2. My car to my children, Joelle and Jillian. Yvonne will sell it off and any money from it given to them.
3. My remaining savings in POSB Account 035-05466-9 to my children.
4. Personal possessions+: to be sold and money given to SPCA.
5. Lexi to be taken over by my children.
6. Any insuramce or savings in CPF to be given to my children.

+ guitars, clothes, furniture, appliances etc
