one of the most distracting notions about mindfulness is we end up digressing from the path of righteousness in our obsession with material needs.
this includes our savings account and expenses. i have decided to put these aside and simply let life take care of itself, not irresponsibly, but within the confines of sensibility.
in any case my expenses are mostly on basic necessities and to buy my children little rewards and good meals. this is really all which matter in the grand scheme anyway because i can't take it with me when i'm gone.
so i've resolved to just live on what i can and not covet or wish for more. that is the right and noble way.
namaste.
